My son was looking to buy his first car. I got a referral to Car City in Palatine, Illinois. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. Everyone was so pleasant and the facility was so nice. Phil Laporta was our salesman. He was absolutely wonderful and so easy to work with. What a terrific experience my son had buying his first car from Car City in Palatine.

Had such a great experience buying my first car here. Great spot for a reliable car and to get trusted information. Phil was so great, couldn’t recommend enough! Didn’t find any luck like this at any other used card lots

Amazing service : The team at CarCity really care about their clients overall experience. I travelled from out of town to pick up my near 20 year old Jaguar which I had purchased based on internet images and a video. which I would then drive 300 miles back home.The car presented as better than expected but within a few miles of driving away from the dealership, the car developed a fault so I returned to the dealership expecting to be told this was my problem. Not at all, the team rallied round and stood behind their reputation, fixed the fault and transported the car to my door.Regular updates on the arrival of the parts were received making this the best car buying experience I had had in 30 years, Way better than my main Jaguar Land Rover dealership.

Just got myself a 2013 Honda crosstair from the man himself Mike K who did a fanominal job working with me. Wouldn’t even let me look at the bad cars cause he said he wouldn’t do that to a kid or anybody else. Respectable man and company!

I came in with a hope to get into a better car situation than I’m currently in and Mike K. helped me do just that! Mike is a wonderful salesman with a very personable personality and was more than willing to go above and beyond to assist me. I am more than grateful for all he did!!!!!
