My experience here was amazing, I came here walking and left with a vehicle with the help of Wil and Madina. I would recommend 100%, their customer service is excellent and cars aren’t bad at all.

I would like to leave a review about our experience purchasing a car. We bought a car yesterday, and I especially want to thank Madina for her amazing help! Thanks to her, we were able to choose exactly the car we wanted. She organized everything very quickly, helped us with all the paperwork, and answered all of our questions. The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free.We are very happy with our purchase and truly appreciate Madina’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Thank you so much for making the whole experience so easy! We would definitely recommend her to others! ❤️

We had the pleasure of dealing with Phil! We are from Wisconsin and had been car shopping for over a month. It was getting exhausting and we were ready to settle. We reached out to Car City as they had exactly what we were looking for. Phil was great to deal with from beginning. He made us not only feel comfortable, but confident in us making our online purchase. The purchase process and financing went seamless. The delivery was fast and very professional. We really couldn't be happier! We loved dealing with Phil and love out new Mazxda CX-5!

My son was looking to buy his first car. I got a referral to Car City in Palatine, Illinois. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. Everyone was so pleasant and the facility was so nice. Phil Laporta was our salesman. He was absolutely wonderful and so easy to work with. What a terrific experience my son had buying his first car from Car City in Palatine.

Had such a great experience buying my first car here. Great spot for a reliable car and to get trusted information. Phil was so great, couldn’t recommend enough! Didn’t find any luck like this at any other used card lots
