I recently purchased a car from Car City, and I had an amazing experience with Ewa and Fabian! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thier professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.I have to mention that another salesperson, Gabe, did attempt to interfere with Ewa's sale, which I found a bit unprofessional. However, Ewa handled the situation with grace and ensured I received the service I deserved.Despite that minor hiccup, my overall experience was outstanding, largely thanks to Ewa and Fabian. I highly recommend seeking her out at Car City. I'm giving a 5-star rating because Ewa's exceptional service far outweighed the brief unprofessionalism I witnessed. I had a great experience here with Paul. Everyone was super nice, they were not pushy, and really tried to get things done as quick as possible. They made the process pretty seamless. We love our new vehicle, which was immaculate and well cared for. We traveled 4 hours and they updated us through text to let us know the vehicle was still available (so we didn't waste time). We really highly recommend this place!
