I went there yesterday to buy a car. Firstly, I can say I find what I was looking for, and for a reasonable price a fair deal. The car was great in and out. I think it was a great experience, and the people there are very nice. Alex treated me right ,and helping me out and got the deal done. I definitely recommend Car City Inc.

Car City absolutely deserves 5 stars! My father recently purchased a Jeep Commander and our experience was nothing short of excellent. Wil stayed in close contact throughout the entire buying process, which was tricky being that we were out of state. He even picked us up from the local train station when it came time to pick up the car. Alex was also incredibly helpful and friendly and it's clear that these two salesmen not only know cars, they are also highly professional and know how to treat customers right...well done and thank you, Wil and Alex!

My husband and I were in the market for a new/used car. We came to see the 2014 MDX that we saw online. Yuriy was great! No high pressure sales tactics, easy test drive despite the rain, and he had all the maintenance records for the car. We were had the deal done in under 45 minutes. I feel like we got a decent price too. I will tell anyone looking for a car to check out Car City in Palatine! Except for Motor Werks, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had!
